Africa Virtual Missions Trip
2022
What is a Virtual Missions Trip?
A virtual mission trip is an opportunity for you and your family to engage with our missionaries like never before. This will be a chance to gather with your family or life group and explore the ministries of Dar es Salaam, Africa without going. You will get inside access to our Strategic Missionary Partners in East Africa using videos, booklets, guided activities, and even Virtual Reality Headsets all packaged together in a box to open at home.

The box is packed with interactive materials that are fun-filled and engaging for groups and families alike. During the trip you’ll take a Swahili lesson with Pastor Todd and Kim Theisen, go on a 3-D tour of The Sifa Initiative headquarters with Chris Todd and meet the leaders and students, tie dye an African batik shawl, learn how to make an African cake from scratch (a fun adventure that you won’t want to miss!), hear from our missionaries, meet the incredible women that are in the program and pastors that benefit from the ministry, visit the Manna feeding center at Neema House Church, and so much more!

This Virtual Missions Trip is designed to be opened over the course of a week or once a week for a month – it is totally flexible for you or your group. You can reserve a box by visiting the Sifa
Threads table in the foyer after service beginning February 13th or by signing up online at the link below. Boxes cost $90 with all proceeds going to The Sifa Initiative.
