John Theisen
I have had the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor since the fall of 1998. I love serving God through preaching, teaching, and equipping others knowing He is always at work even through an imperfect servant. I am excited to see God work in and through all of our lives to see His grace reach more people who discover the joy of living fully for Him. I am also a St. Louis Cardinals fan. I enjoy time at the state park with family and grandkids followed by ice cream

Jonathan Krawczyk
I joined the staff at Midway in 2023 as the Groups Pastor. In this role, I give leadership and direction to our Groups ministry by recruiting, training, and supporting Group Leaders, Coaches, and Adult Class Teachers. I am passionate about seeing men and women enter into community with others to find hope in Christ together. I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, friends, and our dog Sofie.

I am passionate about leading worship and being a part of this incredible team at Midway. I lead all the creative and technology teams for all the venues at Midway Church. My wife Heather and I have eight children and live in Pilot Point. I love Golf, and I am also a wedding photographer.

The top things you need to know about me is that I am from Miami, Florida so yes, I will always love the Miami Dolphins, I love eating new foods and visiting new places and I'm super competitive but only when it comes to board games and card games. If you ever need to find me just track the guy wearing the goofiest button-up shirt or telling you what's coming up at our church video announcements.

I have the great privilege to serve this congregation as the Executive Pastor. We moved to Midway in 2011, after serving as missionaries to Sweden for a decade. I love our incredible team who is so dedicated to seeing people equipped to live fully for God. The future is bright as we focus on growing at Midway, planting churches for our surrounding communities, and sending missionaries to the nations.
Robin Henson
I help our various ministries focus on encouraging people's growth in their relationship with Jesus. I really enjoy helping others grow in God's grace and truth as we understand our identity in Christ. Regardless of your level of spiritual maturity, it's exciting to see God push us forward as a strong church of people living missionally in our communities and world! On the side, I enjoy hunting, fishing, or anything outdoors.

I am honored to be the Assistant to our Lead Pastor John Theisen. I am also the Director of Facility Operations. I love ministering to people and making sure everything behind the scenes goes perfectly. Midway is an incredible place for fellowship and worship. God is on the move at Midway and the future is big.

I love doing anything and everything with my granddaughters. Bow hunting and the Cowboys are a big second. I love that Midway Church wants to provide special care for hurting people within our community. I am happy to be committed to this great mission field. Our ministries extend into jails, prisons, halfway houses, and recovery groups to the addicted, the reproached, the troubled, and the trafficked.

I have been working at Midway since April 2020 in the Kidz Ministry at Midway, starting as the Kidz Ministry Assistant and eventually transitioning to the Kids Ministry Director.
I absolutely love chips and salsa!!! I was a teacher for four years before that, working in 5th and 6th grades. I love working with kids and have been volunteering in kids ministry since I was in 6th grade myself. I am most excited for the kids to personally learn about Jesus straight from the Bible!
Jonathan Covey
For the last 20 years I have been enjoying student ministry but been able to serve at Midway since 2015. I love teaching the deepest truths of God's Word to students as disciples so that they themselves can become disciples. I love playing sports, working with my hands, and most of all doing adventure challenges with my sweet gift of a wife Katherine and 4 precious little girls. If you ever want to eat together - Chipotle is my first choice!

I love spending time with my friends going to new places, and listening to live music! I have been able to pour into the student girls since early 2020! I love being able to teach gospel truths to the girls, and then see them teach each other. It has been a joy seeing the growth at Midway, not only in numbers, but the growth in love for God and His Word.

I have been working for Midway Church since May 2014. I love to go to the beach, Baylor football games, and spend time with my family. I love my job because it helps me show how to be a good steward of the talents and resources God provides. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for our Church as our area grows!

I have been a Missions Resident at Midway since May of 2022. We are excited to be missionaries working in Bible Translation in Southeast Asia. My wife and I make it our hobby to visit as many new restaurants as possible and try new foods. Besides that, I really love to fish and be outdoors. I am so excited to be a part of Midway's Vision to make the gospel known in the nations!

I have been blessed to be the Preschool Director since 2007. I am a die-hard Cowboys fan (got it from my Nanny) and love to camp in our RV with my family! I love seeing God’s world through the eyes of a child. It’s exciting and rewarding to be a part of the beginning of a child’s Faith journey.

As the Mobilization Pastor, it is my desire for everyone in our church to know God’s heart for the world and to be equipped to live out their role in making disciples of Jesus. I love being able to teach the Bible and equip the next generation of missionaries, church planters, and church staff. I am excited to see people at Midway grow in their love for God, His Word, and the world.

I am excited to welcome and engage people and connect them to Midway church and each other. My hope is that everyone who walks through our doors would feel loved and valued and would want to connect with others at Midway and in our surrounding communities. Besides this, I love to ride my Kentucky Mountain horse, Copper, on long rides, and glamping with my husband.

I have been working at Midway since August of 2021 as one of Midway's Administrative Assistants.I love going to the lake with my family in the summer! Picnic dinners and floating in the water is the best way to beat the Texas summer heat. I love being the person who gets to welcome folks to our office and to help our team, church members and visitors in any way I can. It has been a joy seeing so many new faces joining us here at Midway and I can't wait to see how the Lord uses all of us to further his kingdom!

As a Missions Resident, I get to take part in various ministries here at Midway as I get ready for cross-cultural ministry in Asia. While my husband and I look forward to entering the mission field, we are so grateful to get to call this area of North Texas our home as we prepare. Right now, we love getting to play with our son Gus, getting to watch him grow. I am so excited to see God bring the gospel to the furthest corners of the world, and we are humbled that He would use us!

I enjoy gardening and spending time in nature with my husband, our son, and our dog. I have lived in north Texas most of my life and recently moved back after a few years of living near Austin. Before working at Midway, I was the Volunteer Coordinator at a therapeutic horseback riding center, and I love horses!

I grew up in Buenos Aires, lived thirty years in Miami and I'm brand new to Texas, Mexican food and wide open spaces. I sometimes speak English but Spanish is what we speak at home. I am a die hard fan of fútbol (not football); you know, the FOOTball you actually play with your feet and not with your hands!
