I have had the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor since the fall of 1998. I love serving God through preaching, teaching, and equipping others knowing He is always at work even through an imperfect servant. I am excited to see God work in and through all of our lives to see His grace reach more people who discover the joy of living fully for Him. I am also a St. Louis Cardinals fan. I enjoy time at the state park with family and grandkids followed by ice cream

Jonas Crump

As the Mobilization Pastor, it is my desire for everyone in our church to know God’s heart for the world and to be equipped to live out their role in making disciples of Jesus. I love being able to teach the Bible and equip the next generation of missionaries, church planters, and church staff. I am excited to see people at Midway grow in their love for God, His Word, and the world.

Leigh Ann Hill

I have been blessed to be the Preschool Director since 2007. I am a die-hard Cowboys fan (got it from my Nanny) and love to camp in our RV with my family! I love seeing God’s world through the eyes of a child. It’s exciting and rewarding to be a part of the beginning of a child’s Faith journey.

I have been working at Midway since April 2020 in the Kidz Ministry at Midway, starting as the Kidz Ministry Assistant and eventually transitioning to the Kids Ministry Director.

I absolutely love chips and salsa!!! I was a teacher for four years before that, working in 5th and 6th grades. I love working with kids and have been volunteering in kids ministry since I was in 6th grade myself. I am most excited for the kids to personally learn about Jesus straight from the Bible!

Jonathan Covey

For the last 20 years I have been enjoying student ministry but been able to serve at Midway since 2015. I love teaching the deepest truths of God's Word to students as disciples so that they themselves can become disciples. I love playing sports, working with my hands, and most of all doing adventure challenges with my sweet gift of a wife Katherine and 4 precious little girls. If you ever want to eat together - Chipotle is my first choice!

The top things you need to know about me is that I am from Miami, Florida so yes, I will always love the Miami Dolphins, I love eating new foods and visiting new places and I'm super competitive but only when it comes to board games and card games. Robin Henson

I help our various ministries focus on encouraging people's growth in their relationship with Jesus. I really enjoy helping others grow in God's grace and truth as we understand our identity in Christ. Regardless of your level of spiritual maturity, it's exciting to see God push us forward as a strong church of people living missionally in our communities and world! On the side, I enjoy hunting, fishing, or anything outdoors.

Jonathan Krawczyk

I joined the staff at Midway in 2023 as the Groups Pastor. In this role, I give leadership and direction to our Groups ministry by recruiting, training, and supporting Group Leaders, Coaches, and Adult Class Teachers. I am passionate about seeing men and women enter into community with others to find hope in Christ together. I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, friends, and our dog Sofie.

I am honored to be part of the Preschool Ministry. This was a true gift from God as he knows my heart for children. I love spending time with my friends going to new places, and listening to live music! I have been able to pour into the student girls since early 2020! I have been working at Midway since August of 2021 as one of Midway's Administrative Assistants.I love going to the lake with my family in the summer! Picnic dinners and floating in the water is the best way to beat the Texas summer heat. I love being the person who gets to welcome folks to our office and to help our team, church members and visitors in any way I can. It has been a joy seeing so many new faces joining us here at Midway and I can't wait to see how the Lord uses all of us to further his kingdom!

I grew up in Buenos Aires, lived thirty years in Miami and I'm brand new to Texas, Mexican food and wide open spaces. I sometimes speak English but Spanish is what we speak at home. I am a die hard fan of fútbol (not football); you know, the FOOTball you actually play with your feet and not with your hands!
